We are so excited to announce The MBFY Costa Rica 2012 Retreat.

Come to Costa Rica and share in this exciting and transformational retreat with instructors Andrea Dyer, Kristin Luna Ray, and Joshua Canter. During this dynamic one-week program in Costa Rica we will have the opportunity to practice Karma Yoga, along with asana, meditation, chanting, and “Adventure” excursions.

This retreat will take place The Nosara Bed and Breakfast Retreat Center in Nosara, Costa Rica.  The Nosara Retreat is located on the Pacific coast near one of Costa Rica’s best-protected wildlife preserves. It is situated on two acres of lush tropical gardens and jungle with the ocean within earshot. It is an ideal secluded inspirational setting for our retreat.

Andrea is excited to offer an introduction to the Ashtanga Primary Series at Blue Ewe Yoga Studio in Spencer, NC. The Ashtanga yoga practice is a series of postures synchronized with rhythmic breathing, which produce internal focus and purifying heat. When practiced mindfully, compassionately, and consistently, Ashtanga yoga can bring anyone to his or her full potential with regard to strength, balance, and flexibility in a very efficient way.
