About The Event
In the month of December, the challenge is to establish time in meditation. You meditate for a total of 310 minutes in December. You can do that in big chunks or maybe 10 minutes daily. If you miss a day, you can double up. If you get into the sitting one day, don't cut it short. Stay and see what happens for a few more minutes. The time will accumulate.
Use our tracking form (available in the studio and online on our website home page) and then submit the completed form on January 1, 2 or 3rd and we'll do a drawing for a Manduka Bolster.
