About The Event

The active practice of a walking meditation is perfect for slowing down the whirl of the mind and the body to become more aware of the current moment. We walk silently at a mindful pace, feeling each step and taking an interest in sounds, scents, sensations and sights. See all the details that you miss when you speed through your day AND get up and move!
