Join us at mind|body|fitness yoga for this special series that cultivates rest for the weary through breathing practices, meditation, restorative poses, essential oils and self care goodies (face masks, relaxing teas, self massage).
$75 for Six Sessions

10:45 am - 12 pm.
Series limited to 12 participants

Andrea is a certified Restorative Yoga and Meditation teacher with 20 years experience teaching traditional styles of yoga.
