About The Event

The January Challenge is to Build Strength in Flow Classes. Mark off each of these classes you attend (dates):

All Levels Flow

Yin & Flow

Morning Flow

Monday Flow 

Strong Flow

Friday Flow

Slow Flow

Ashtanga

The other part of the January Challenge is to balance your practice, so to sweeten the challenge, mark every soothing "Balancing" practice attended to get extra entries in the drawings for which your attendance qualifies. 1 extra entry for each

Gentle/Basics

Soothing Yoga class you attend!

A 5 Class Pass will be awarded to a winner drawn from each tier: Tier 1 -  15 - 25+ flow classes in Jan Tier 2 - 10-14 flow classes in Jan Tier 3 - 1-13 flow classes in Jan

So if you qualify for Tier 2 and you attended 5 "Balancing" practices, your name will be entered 6 times in your tier's drawing!

Tracking cards will be in the studio in an accessible file box. After each class you attend, take out your card and date it for the class you attended.  Mark the strong person icon for flow classes and the scales for the "Balancing" classes attended.

We want to motivate you to get a great start on your mat in 2020!
