Spring is coming and soon it will be time to get back into the swing of things. Yoga is a great way to start conditioning for our favorite outdoor activities, like tennis.
This workshop is designed to provide tennis players with rituals and routines to bring mindful strengthening, stabilizing and balance to their games. When we practice/prepare/play mindfully, we can avoid injury, improve our games and feel great after the fact.
In this 90 minute workshop, we will establish a routine for establishing mindfulness through awareness and breath. We will bring massage, strengthening and flexibility training into the three major areas of the body that support strong, healthy Shoulders, Hips/Glutes and Hands/Wrists. REGISTRATION LINK
