8 days of FREE 20 Minute Meditations Sessions 

Anxiety is on the rise as we face increased Covid cases around the world, the political scene and the impending holidays.  Meditation can help you find ground and space in which to be supported in a calm foundation and present and awake to life as it is.  I am offering a free 20 minute meditation live stream daily at 7:30 am from Friday, October 30 - Friday, November 6.  Now, more than ever, we need to know we are not alone in our feelings of anxiety and exhaustion from the way we’ve had to live for the last eight months.

 

My daily meditation will be bare awareness meditations with instruction provided. All are welcome and it’s free. Come as you are - pajamas welcome!  I feel strongly that meditation helps us learn to be present with uncomfortable circumstances. In meditation, we deliberately and compassionately place our awareness in the present moment and practice awakening when we have drifted away. Meditation, at the beginning of the day, helps to set a calm foundation and direction for your day.

All you have to do is show up.
